From the early reports coming in, it appears American tax payer Joe Stacks has had enough bull shit from the IRS and decided to fly his plane into one of the agencies’ offices to show his conviction to put a stop to the government’s extortion and gestapo type tactics.

A building housing a large IRS office in Austin, Texas was slammed by a plane allegedly piloted by American Joe Stacks.

Mr. Stacks allegedly wrote: “Nothing changes unless there is a body count”, and “Violence not only is the answer, it is the only answer” and “Well Mr. Big Brother IRS man, let’s try something different; take my pound of flesh and sleep well.”

His remarks were dated Wednesday and signed “Joe Stack (1956-2010).”

Americans are finally waking up to the fact that the government which at one time was “by the people, of the people, for the people” no longer represents “The People” but a small number of individuals and corporations bent on exercising “COMPLETE CONTROL” over us all and making us finance their global take over.

United States Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna, a true American Hero!

On March 20, 2009, Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was sentenced to 25 years in prison for doing his job while at war defending our country, and helping to defend the very same bastards that accused and helped convict him, (while knowingly and purposely ignoring crucial evidence that would have exonerated him) and send him to prison for killing a piece of shit Al Qaeda operative named Ali Mansur, while Lt. Behenna was serving in Iraq.

Mansur was a known member of an Al Qaeda cell operating in Lt. Behenna’s area of operation and was suspected of killing two U.S. soldiers and injuring two others.

U.S. Army “Intelligence” (more like Morons, or Al Qaeda operatives in this case) ordered the release of Mansur, and Lt. Behenna was further ordered to drive the terrorist scum bag to his home!

It was during that trip that Lt. Behenna was attacked by the scum bag Al Qaeda terrorist.

United States Army Ranger 1st Lt. Michael Behenna killed a known wartime enemy of the United States, and the Lieutenant’s own government has charged, tried and convicted him of killing the enemy, and purposely withheld crucial evidence while doing so!

Lt. Behenna’s case helps to solidify my belief that various department heads within the U.S. Government are communists posing as Americans. They must be identified and swiftly dealt with.

Lt. Behenna killed Al Qaeda operative Ali Mansur ( a known enemy of the United States) in the line of duty and in self defense.

All responsible, no matter thier role, for the injustice being suffered by Lt. Michael Behenna should suffer immeasurable and excruciating pain for eternity, for THEIR terrorist actions of aiding and abetting Al Qaeda: TREASON!

Commentary on the Jay Regas case. Jay Regas has been in federal prison for the past 18 years serving a life sentence without parole on a case involving manufactured evidence and witnesses.

The actions of law enforcement agents, agencies and federal judges in this case should have resulted in their incarceration, instead of Jay Regas’.

Kenneth Howe, 45, of Worcester was savagely beaten on the eve of Thanksgiving day by a mob of blood thirsty animals wearing the uniform of the Massachusetts State Police who, entrusted with the responsibility of “Protecting” citizens from such demons have themselves become the demons who’s self imposed superiority has become a direct threat to the very citizens they were hired to protect. These no good bastards must go to prison!

Stephan O’Connell, spokesman for the Essex County District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett, said the death certificate also mentioned Mr. Howe suffered from atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease.

That’s code talk for: we’re gonna attempt to rule in favor of the rat bastard abusers by saying Kenneth Howe died of something other than the vicious, brutal beating of biblical proportions administered by the blood thirsty demons working for the Massachusetts State Police who set upon him on the eve of Thanksgiving like a bunch of vultures!

O’Connell went on to say ” At this point, I can tell you that our investigation into the matter is continuing and is being headed by Assistant District Attorney Gerald P. Shea. He is a 25-year veteran of the office”.

That’s code talk for: We have our best cop’s ass protector on the case(anyone believing Mr. Howe and the people of the Commonwealth have a snowball’s chance in hell with the 25-year veteran of the office-who has probably covered more police asses than an army of pimps have covered prostitute’s asses; is sooo out to lunch, you need not even THINK of a return trip).

The beating of biblical proportions, meted out upon the innocent, helpless and certainly horrified, Kenneth Howe, should serve as a “wake up call” to all citizens of Massachusetts and the rest of the world!

Law enforcement agencies, along with prosecutors, district attorney’s and judges have allowed rogue and brutally abusive cops to use gestapo style tactics in their approach to law enforcement in America and throughout the world more and more on a daily basis. This must not be allowed to continue!

As if the behavior of these no good bastards isn’t offensive( and over-the-top abusive) enough by themselves, taxpayers will have to once again shoulder the responsibility of paying a multimillion dollar judgment as the result of the actions of these no good bastards! They should be held legally and financially personally responsible for their actions.

Allowing victims, and/or their families, to pursue bastards such as these personally in courts of real law and to attach every piece of property and bank account held in their names and the names of their spouses and children, will go a long way in curtailing their Nazi behavior.

Their victims should be allowed to take ALL their property, pensions and savings!

Even with such financial sanctions, the abusing bastards still get to breath air and live on, unlike their victims.

Leominster Massachusetts Police are being sued by a United States Air Marshal and his girlfriend for allegedly using excessive force on them when the cops entered the pair’s motel room looking for the Air Marshal’s son.

Michael Inman, the U.S. Air Marshal, and his girlfriend, Kelly Consalvo have retained Boston lawyer Stephen B. Hrones to represent them in the $1 million suit filed in U.S. District Court in Boston.

The complaint names as abusive cops Joseph Siciliano and Barry Bouchard, the city and three unidentified cops as defendants.

Attorney Hornes wrote in his compliant that his clients decided to stop at Motel 6 on their way home from the beach July 7, 2008.

About midnight, police knocked on the door and yelled for them to open it. Dressed in only a towel, Mr. Inman cracked open the door to find out why police were there.

According to Mr. Inman, the cops forced their way in with their guns drawn and aimed at him and Ms. Consalvo, threw Mr. Inman to the floor, “dislodging” his towel, and kept the naked Mr. Inman handcuffed for 20 minutes.

“Defendant police officers were made aware that Mr. Inman is a federal air marshal, infact, his badge and gun were clearly visible upon entry by the defendants into the hotel room,” Mr. Hornes said.

Ms. Consalvo was handcuffed while she was in bed and made to sit there at gunpoint, the law suit states.

“Police were verbally abusive to both plaintiffs, calling Mr. Inman a liar and a bad father, and threatening loss of his job as a federal air marshal, and saying that Ms. Consalvo was not a good person,” Mr. Hornes said.

Mr. Inman’s son, who police have a warrant for a minor offence, was not with the couple. Police had followed Mr. Inman a good part of the day and should have known the younger Inman was not traveling with his dad.

Mr. Hornes said his clients sought him out because he specializes in excessive-force cases.

Commentary:

Cops like these need to lose their jobs, get prosecuted and imprisoned, and placed in “general population” in a regular maximum security prison when found guilty of abusing people.

Abusive cops, and the courts that condone their behavior need to be taught the lesson that the people’s rights far outweigh the limited powers of their uniform, badge, gun and gavel.

Its not surprising that more and more abusive cops are being psychically beat down by citizens on a more frequent basis in our society today.

It appears people have lost faith in the court system, which almost always sides with the cops, and have started dispensing their own justice.

Five off-duty New York City Housing Cops were beaten after an argument broke out when they tried gaining entrance to a popular Rego Park bar that was about to close.

One of the cops approached a bouncer and flashed his NYC Police Department badge in an attempt to intimidate their way into the Tropix Bar and Lounge. When someone from a group of men standing nearby said something to the cop, a fist fight broke out.

The five cops had been boozing it up at an all-night NYC Housing Police party and decided to hop cabs to the Tropix.

At least three of the drunk cops were taken to the hospital with bloody gashes on their heads and faces after the December 16, 2009 4:00AM beat down.

“It is sad when five off-duty cops are victims of a vicious assault and their attackers are still on the streets,” a police source said. “It is getting bad out there.”*

COMMENTARY:

*NEWSFLASH For the idiot ass-wipe police source making the above comment: Its been “sad,” and has been “Bad out there,” for years for the countless citizens who have been beaten by abusive, arrogant, punk ass cops!

No arrests have been made, that I am aware of as of this writing, in this story and I hope that no arrest is ever made in this case.

If this sort of beat down of abusive, arrogant, loud mouthed cops happened more frequently, perhaps the alarming increase in police brutality would reverse course and police would once again respect the citizens of this nation! Even if that respect has to come at the hands of good beat downs.

I applaud the actions of the men that gave these cops their holiday “Meet & Greet” and hope they continue their Good Samaritan service of protecting citizens from verbally abusive, arrogant, loud mouthed, physically abusive cops!

On the light side. The “Hermis Live”/”Hermis @ Large” crew: yours truly(videographer), George Query(Photographer), Chuck DeCost, “Hermis Live” co-host/technician & “Hermis @ Large” reporter took in the Springfield Motorcycle Show on Saturday January 16th.

We were hosted by Doug Sousa, the shows promoter, and treated like royalty. With complete run of the place, we quickly set about to videotape, interview and photograph nearly everything and everyone in sight in the two buildings housing the shows many motorcyclists with their bikes as well as vendors.

This being my first ever motorcycle show, I cannot think of a better host to have welcomed me into the world of motorcycle shows and the many great people I met than Doug Sousa.

The footage has been edited and aired twice on Charter TV3 throughout Worcester County, Massachusetts. A second show is also being edited from the footage taken at the show for airing on CharterTV3.

The “Hermis Live”/”Hermis @ Large” crew will be welcomed again later this month by Doug Sousa when we invade his 2010 Springfield Sportsmen’s Show over the February 18-21 weekend at the “Eastern States Exposition Big “E” Fairgrounds” in West Springfield, Massachusetts.

Thanks to Doug Sousa, Chuck DeCost, George Query and all who let us interview them and videotape/photograph their beautiful machines!

Due to the spineless, trembling populace of our Nation and World Neighbors alike: Soon, we will all be celebrating(?) the Death of our Civil Liberties and human rights. The Death of our Freedoms and individuality.

I am ashamed of what our great Nation has become: a Nation of spineless wimps giving up our rights to the dirt bag demons who have infiltrated our various government law enforcement agencies, and now hold us hostage in our own own Nation.

These demons use taxpayer funds to further their actions of intentionally depriving Americans of our Constitutionally granted freedoms and rights, in order to achieve their ultimate goal of total control over the people.
