On Sunday, November 8, 2009 "Hermis Live" aired a scathing commentary calling into question the legality of tactics used by State & Federal agents, the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in the roadside detention, arrest, & subsequent conviction of David Burgess-a former President of a Hell's Angels charter.
"True Talk" AM830 WCRN terminated the "Hermis Live" show, within hours of the broadcast.
Hermis has heard from many of his listeners and they all feel WCRN's censorship of Hermis is a direct assault on our first amendment protections meant to safeguard our freedom of speech & freedom of expression.
"Hermis Live" featured weekly "Criminal in a Robe" awards naming judges who over stepped their authority, focus pieces on politicians who were busy furthering their own causes and filling their pockets as opposed to doing the People's work and the Insurance/Banking/Pharmaceutical industries.
"Hermis Live" also had regular commentaries about the local/state government & Federal government/agencies-all the while naming names!
